Please be aware of the pool rules. NO PETS IN POOL, no unattended children, ring cameras are located in the exterior of the home. 

 Note no lifeguard is on duty, guests swim at their own risk. 

The dining area is set up for entertaining. Dishes and silverware are located in the island. Grill is just outside the sliding doors. Dining table seats 12, the island seats 4-6.

Fireplace usage is reserved for October-April bookings. All televisions in the home are connected to Amazon Fire Sticks.

Located in the front of the home, Jack over looks the drive and Fourth Ave. King bed, shared bath with walk in shower, smart TV with Fire stick, linens, towels and toiletries. 

Jill is located on the side of the home and overlooks the side yard, and drive. Queen bed, shared bath with walk in shower, smart TV with Fire Stick, linens, towels and toiletries. 

Outfitted with a living room, attached kitchenette, Smart TV with Fire Stick, full bath with shower/tub combo, two Full sized Day beds, two twin trundles.
